Cold-rise bread

Ingredients

1 packet of yeast
2¼ cups of water
½ cup of natural yogurt
3½ cups wheat flour
1 cup rye flour
2 tbsp honey
Salt
Salt flakes

Directions

Dissolve the yeast in water in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix with a spoon to make a sticky dough.

Cover the bowl well and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the oven to 480 °F and place a deep oven dish in the bottom.

Spoon the dough onto parchment paper in suitable portions and sprinkle with salt flakes.

Put the baking sheet with bread in the oven and pour a little water into the bottom oven dish.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the bread has a nice golden color.

Enjoy with lots of butter and cheese!
