Green basil sauce

Ingredients

1 pot basil
1 bunch of flat leaf parsley, including stems
2 avocados
½ squeezed lemon
1 egg
Salt
2½ oz. neutral oil

Directions

Blend the basil and flat leaf parsley with avocado, lemon juice and eggs into a smooth sauce.

Continue blending while adding oil in a thin stream.

Once the sauce has become thick and creamy, add salt to taste and serve.
